Install and collect.
The team installs for the campaign and coordinates collection around the agreed period.

Make the property ready for the team.
- Building and decorating work complete
- Rooms clean and clear as agreed
- Power and safe access available
- Keys, parking, lifts and loading confirmed
- Photography timing shared with Spaces
Plan the campaign with confidence.
When should I book home staging?
Start the conversation as soon as your photography and listing dates are taking shape. More notice gives the team the best chance to align consultation, installation and agent timelines.
Do I need to empty the property first?
Vacant properties should be ready for installation. For partial staging, Spaces will confirm which existing pieces should remain and what should be removed or repositioned.
How long does installation take?
Timing depends on access and scope. Spaces confirms the expected installation window in the project plan once the property and rooms are agreed.
When is the furniture collected?
Collection is arranged around the agreed hire period and campaign. If the campaign changes, contact the team early so the next step can be planned.
