How Spaces collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website or ask us about a project.

What we collect
When you request a quote or contact Spaces, we may collect your name, contact details, property suburb, project timing, property information, a listing or project link and the message you choose to send. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
If you actively select the unfinished-form reminder option, we save your email address and the non-sensitive form progress entered at that point before you submit the form. The option is voluntary and records when and how consent was given.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare and manage proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, improve our services and protect the website from misuse. When you select the unfinished-form reminder, we use the saved details only to send one reminder to complete the quote request. Every reminder identifies Spaces and includes a working way to stop reminders. We do not sell personal information.
When information may be shared
Information may be available to authorised Spaces and Meros Group personnel and service providers who support hosting, email, security, analytics, customer relationship management or other business systems. We disclose information when required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights and systems.
Website measurement
The production website uses Plausible for aggregate measurement, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, to understand page use, enquiry journeys and campaign performance. Completed enquiries and their campaign details are recorded in HubSpot for follow-up; HubSpot browser journey tracking is not loaded. Google may receive the page viewed, device and browser information, referral and campaign identifiers, and may use first-party cookies. Our implementation does not send form names, phone numbers, email addresses or message contents to Google. Staging traffic is excluded. Saved unfinished forms are counted separately from completed quote enquiries and are not sent to HubSpot unless the form is completed.
Storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Completed quote enquiries may be stored securely in the website administration system, delivered to the Spaces team by email, and recorded in the Spaces HubSpot account for follow-up and outcome management. Saved unfinished-form details are kept in the private website administration system for no more than 30 days, then deleted automatically. Information is otherwise retained only for as long as there is a lawful business reason to keep it.
