Keep what works. Add what the room needs.

Partial staging combines selected existing furniture with the right hired pieces, art and finishing layers for a more coherent presentation.

A balanced edit

Work with the home you are living in.

Occupied homes often contain pieces worth keeping. The key is deciding what supports the room, what should move and where a small number of additions will make the greatest difference.

Spaces assesses the existing furniture, property proportions and campaign needs before recommending a partial-staging scope.

How partial staging works

Start with an honest room review.

We look at scale, condition, colour, placement and what the camera will see. The aim is to retain useful pieces without asking them to do work they cannot do.

Edit before adding.

Removing or repositioning furniture can be as important as hiring more. A clear edit protects walkways, improves sightlines and lets stronger pieces stand out.

Fill the real gaps.

Selected furniture, art, rugs, lighting and accessories are added where they create useful structure or cohesion.

Prepare for installation.

The agreed rooms need to be ready before the team arrives. We will make clear what should stay, what should move and how access needs to be handled.
