What we collect
When you request a quote or contact Spaces, we may collect your name, contact details, property suburb, project timing, property information, a listing or project link and the message you choose to send. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare and manage proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, improve our services and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
When information may be shared
Information may be available to authorised Spaces and Meros Group personnel and service providers who support hosting, email, security, analytics or business systems. We disclose information when required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights and systems.
Website measurement
The production website may use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand page use and enquiry journeys. Staging traffic is excluded. If the measurement setup changes materially, this policy will be updated with the same release.
Storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Quote enquiries may be stored securely in the website administration system and delivered to the Spaces team by email. Information is retained only for as long as there is a lawful business reason to keep it.
